Senior Technical Analyst – Integration & Marketplace Services

What you will do

• Support and enhance the enterprise iPaaS platform and API ecosystem.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical integration solutions.
• Coordinate integration delivery across Product, Engineering, Architecture, implementation teams, vendors, and technology partners.
• Lead partner onboarding, marketplace certification, and operational support.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and improve platform reliability.
• Promote API-first design, reusable integration patterns, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise software, APIs, or integration platforms.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, webhooks, and middleware or iPaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP and modern integration architectures.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Strongsville, Ohio, USA.
