Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Redwood City, California, United States — hybrid, with onsite attendance required at least 60% of the working month, approximately 3 days per week.

Salary: $171,000–$214,000 base pay annually, with potential eligibility for a discretionary annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex Salesforce platform programs across IT, business units, and external partners.
• Own the Salesforce roadmap, prioritize requests, define success metrics, and communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Design, configure, test, and deliver Salesforce solutions while resolving bugs and supporting releases and deployments.
• Use Agentforce and Einstein AI to automate workflows, surface insights, and improve internal user experiences.
• Gather requirements, align project goals, manage stakeholder communications, and drive adoption through release updates and enablement.
• Maintain platform governance, security, compliance, vendor SLAs, technical documentation, and risk mitigation plans.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, administering, and supporting large-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Flow and experience translating organizational strategy into a platform vision.
• Experience managing complex technical programs, change management, training, enablement, and rollout communications.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools including Jira, Confluence, and Airtable.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, user research, or AI governance.
• Experience with Conga Contracts, DocuSign integrations, CLM, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, GitHub, Gearset, or Qualtrics.
• Experience in philanthropy or grantmaking.
