What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI workflow infrastructure, including n8n, runtime clusters, and supporting environments.
• Implement secure-by-design governance through hardened baselines, secret management, and IAM boundaries.
• Drive operational reliability by defining SLOs, metrics, and alerting to reduce MTTR and change failure rates.
• Develop reusable IaC modules and reference pipelines to standardize AI workflow deployments across teams.
• Act as a DevOps Bar Raiser by mentoring engineers and integrating AI tools into the software delivery lifecycle.
• Align AI workflow infrastructure with the company's Software Maturity Model (SMM) and engineering governance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5–8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering for large-scale distributed SaaS systems.
• Proficiency with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and managed Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE).
• Deep hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD).
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows, networking fundamentals (DNS, TLS, routing), and secure secret management.
• Proven experience running multi-tenant shared platforms and applying AI tools to professional engineering operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring and logging stacks such as Sumo Logic, Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
