What you will do

• Architect, deploy, and maintain highly available multi-tenant SaaS environments in AWS.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable feature delivery.
• Optimize AWS services for cost-efficiency, performance, and reliability.
• Enforce security policies and ensure adherence to industry standards like SOC2 and StateRamp.
• Lead incident response protocols and conduct post-mortems to ensure system stability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on cloud operations and security.
• 2+ years of experience running Kubernetes at scale in production environments.
• Proven track record in designing and managing AWS infrastructure for SaaS applications.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Strong understanding of cloud security practices, including IAM, VPC, and encryption.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

• Experience building with AI-driven UX, agents, and workflow automation.
• Experience working across the full stack (frontend and backend).
• Demonstrated experience in working directly with customers to improve product experiences.
