What you will do

• Lead a team of operators and technicians responsible for factory operations, equipment maintenance, and repair.
• Oversee the flow of work through the factory to streamline processes across teams and divisions.
• Act as the first responder to operational, safety, and security issues within assigned areas.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues affecting factory operations and tool health.
• Implement tactical plans to meet quality and cost objectives.
• Manage employee staffing, shift rotations, training plans, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of professional experience, or a Master's degree.
• Proficiency in manufacturing operations concepts, equipment monitoring, and excursion management.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and manufacturability principles.
• Technical expertise in factory floor planning and capacity planning.
• Must be available to work on a 12-hour shift schedule.
