Professional Hospital Representative (Medtech)

Location: Onsite in Taguig City or Davao, Philippines

What you will do

• Identify and cultivate relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals to exceed sales targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, tailored presentations, and contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and refine sales strategies.
• Coordinate with Finance to resolve billing issues and recover overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data using Salesforce and BI dashboards.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and regulations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
