Location: United States

Salary: $60,000 annual on-target earnings

What you will do

  • Use a Pro-focused, consultative selling style to understand the Pro’s day-to-day challenges and goals.
  • Handle a full sales cycle from booking to close, and engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to drive new attachment of service professionals to increase usage and MRR per account managed.
  • Convey empathy for Pros’ pain to foster trust and connections.
  • Understand and adapt to ongoing product and technology developments.
  • Maintain daily activity metrics blended between calls and attended demos.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in a similar customer facing, sales, or retention role.
  • Bachelor's degree equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven success working with cross-functional teams, and building strong relationships internally and externally.
  • CRM experience strongly preferred.

  • Ability to understand customer needs and meet those needs with a successful product sale.
