Logistics Procurement Project Leader

Location: Zaventem, Belgium; hybrid and flexible working.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate strategic logistics purchasing projects with Senior Transport & Logistics Buyers.
• Manage project-based negotiations with carriers and develop strategic partnerships with logistics providers.
• Analyse transportation costs and identify opportunities for savings and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate activities across Purchasing and other business departments.
• Track and report spend and cost savings within the Transport & Logistics category.
• Ensure project compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in transportation and/or warehousing procurement.
• Expertise in project and change management.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with the neutral 4PL concept.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment and adapt to organizational change.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
