What you will do

• Manage Ocean Export LCL and FCL shipments from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Handle full export documentation, including VGM submissions via CNS & Destin8 and sending pre-alerts.
• Execute AMS, ACI, and ISF submissions and coordinate EDI bookings and SI with carriers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving operational issues.
• Ensure strict compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade policies.
• Prepare LCL/FCL quotations and manage financial end-of-month deadlines for accruals and invoices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in professional freight forwarding and ocean export operations.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and trade compliance policies.
• Proficiency in operational troubleshooting and non-conformance reporting.
• Ability to follow and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
