What you will do

• Provide logistics support for all NRC program activities and coordinate with Area Offices and field bases in eastern Chad.
• Manage Warehouse (WMS) and Tender (TMS) systems to ensure distribution efficiency and procurement compliance.
• Optimize supply chains considering seasonal access constraints and long routes to eastern Chad.
• Coordinate with international humanitarian actors including the UN, NGOs, and the Logistics Cluster.
• Develop logistics capacity for line managers, implementing partners, and new staff.
• Generate monthly reporting on procurement plans and KPIs via the Global DELIVER reporting system.

Requirements

• Master's degree with 3-5 years of experience as a senior Logistics Manager in humanitarian/recovery contexts.
• Fluency in French (written and verbal) is required.
• Experience working in complex and volatile environments.
• Knowledge of market analysis tools and report writing.
• Valid driving license.
