What you will do

• Build and refine operational performance frameworks and tools to measure partner efficiency in the Thailand market.
• Actively route cargo using allocation tools to optimize cost, transit time, and availability.
• Drive performance management for freight forwarding, customs, and ocean carrier partners using global metrics.
• Identify partner training needs and design programs to improve operational quality and consistency.
• Prepare data-driven presentations and analysis for monthly and quarterly partner reviews.
• Create enablement resources to support internal teams in managing shipments effectively.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 3+ years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Proven experience in Ocean Export Operations (TPEB) for shipments from East Asia to USA and Canada.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to derive insights and inform strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing global stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and attention to detail.
• Commitment to compliance and regulatory standards within the logistics industry.
