What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day communication between clients, supply chain stakeholders, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor shipment performance and service KPIs, proactively flagging and escalating exceptions.
• Prepare business review materials, including performance reports and data-driven client presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service issues within internal systems.
• Support pricing and proposal processes by gathering data and benchmarking trade-off recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities and service risks to contribute to account retention and share-of-wallet strategies.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of client-facing experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Foundational understanding of ocean and/or air freight forwarding operations.
• Strong communication skills and a service-first mindset for managing enterprise accounts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Analytical curiosity and comfort working with data and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of global trade regulatory complexity and a compliance-aware mindset.
