What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Inbound Supply Chain Management between suppliers and internal customers.
  • Secure material availability for factories and the field by monitoring agreements and performance indicators.
  • Manage a portfolio of parts, analyzing demand changes and optimizing replenishment strategies.
  • Drive operational improvement plans and participate in supplier improvement projects.
  • Coach and train suppliers on the use of hirify.global systems, portals, processes, and tools.
  • Analyze and report on Materials Availability using MRP logic and dependencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Experience with Inbound Supply Chain processes in a high-tech, low-volume environment.
  • Proficiency with planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP.
  • Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to initiate and steer processes without formal authority in complex environments.
