Material Planner (Supply Chain)

Location: Taoyuan, Taiwan; onsite

What you will do

• Create, validate, and maintain materials plans based on master plans and master production schedules.
• Coordinate material procurement, delivery schedules, purchase orders, stock transfer orders, and supplier lead-time requirements.
• Resolve short-term supply and demand imbalances for ingredients and packaging materials.
• Manage material quality complaints, returns, samples, scrap, leftover materials, and customs-related bonded material processes.
• Enter and extract transaction data in SAP and OMP planning systems, including goods receipts and consumption records.
• Perform month-end inventory reconciliation and support supply chain data access and database controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related supply chain experience.
• Good English communication skills; TOEIC score above 780 required.
• Excellent PC skills, especially Excel.
• Proactive attitude, strong teamwork, reliable follow-up, and a sense of urgency.
• Experience working with SAP and planning systems.
