Distribution Requirements Specialist (SAP)

Location: Taoyuan, Taiwan; onsite

What you will do

• Execute SAP material flow transactions, maintain routes, and adjust order material flows.
• Coordinate distribution requirements, export orders, product transfers, import and export activities, and customs clearance.
• Work with customer service, logistics, warehouse operations, sales, supply chain teams, contractors, carriers, and freight forwarders to resolve shipping and supply issues.
• Perform goods receipt and goods issue transactions, ensuring physical inventory matches SAP records and internal control requirements.
• Reconcile monthly inventory, support physical counts, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate packaging, repackaging, labelling, waste disposal, inventory write-offs, and corrective actions for logistics issues.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, import and export, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Experience in import and export is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work onsite in Taoyuan, Taiwan.
