Global Sourcing Manager (Hardware)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; onsite five days per week. The role requires accommodating early morning calls, travelling up to 30%, and being independently authorized to work in Taiwan.

What you will do

• Own direct hardware sourcing responsibilities for assigned hirify.global product lines.
• Analyze bill of materials pricing, identify cost-saving opportunities, and negotiate supplier costs.
• Build and maintain commercial relationships with hardware and supply chain suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage production cost and product quality.
• Validate Manufacturing Value Add using cycle-time analysis.
• Manage part qualifications and commercial contracts for products in production.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or commodity management.
• 4+ years of experience working with international supply chains across multiple time zones and countries.
• Ability to analyze sourcing and cost data and negotiate pricing.
• Engineering degree preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week in Taipei and be independently authorized to work in Taiwan.
