Global R&D Sampling & Logistics Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end R&D shipments, receivals, sample requests, and customer sample deliveries.
• Identify shipment risks, bottlenecks, missing data, and process gaps early, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional partners.
• Ensure accurate, compliant, right-first-time shipments through correct documentation, packaging, and traceability.
• Coordinate internal transfers of materials and components across global sites, ensuring material, site, and documentation readiness.
• Act as the central coordinator across R&D, TPM, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Trade Compliance, EHS, and Quality.
• Support process standardization and improvements that reduce turnaround time, rework, and delivery delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• High attention to detail in documentation and compliance-driven processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions.

Nice to have

• Experience working with global teams across regions and time zones.
• Experience supporting R&D, customer sampling, or NPI workflows.
• Experience with ERP or logistics systems such as SAP.
• Exposure to trade compliance concepts, including ECCN, HTS, export/import documentation, and SDS.
• Interest in process improvement and proactive problem-solving.
