TL;DR

Corporate Partnerships Account Manager (HRtech): Managing and growing high-value brand partnerships with large restaurant and hospitality franchises with an accent on executive relationship building and expansion. Focus on driving adoption throughout franchise systems, executing strategic initiatives, and securing C-suite buy-in through ROI analysis.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, California (4-5 days in-office)

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CHROs, COOs, VP Talent) at Top 100 franchised brands.
  • Project manage strategic initiatives, including brand marketing entitlements, QBRs, and product roadmap prioritization.
  • Own the product story by demoing the platform and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive ARR growth.
  • Present ROI analysis and value creation narratives to secure buy-in for scaling throughout the franchisee base.
  • Facilitate warm introductions and executive advocacy from corporate stakeholders to large franchisees.
  • Represent the company as a category leader at industry conferences and private partner events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven ability to drive commercial outcomes and move deals forward with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Practical proficiency in using AI tools within a professional workflow.
  • Willingness to travel once every 1-2 months during peak conference seasons.
  • Confidence in public speaking and presenting in front of C-level executives.
