Staff Product Manager, Yield (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and own the Yield product strategy, solution design, roadmap, and delivery plans.
• Partner with Sydney-based engineering and design teams to build scalable web and mobile features and user experiences.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, legal, and finance teams to manage regulatory and operational complexity.
• Use customer feedback, partner insights, market research, and data to guide strategy and prioritization.
• Lead the expansion of Yield into new verticals and use cases, taking propositions from concept to launch.
• Monitor product performance, improve operations, and track trends across finance, payments, and technology.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional Product Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to structure complex problems and make data-driven, first-principles decisions.
• Ownership, persistence, and the ability to deliver ideas quickly.
• Experience working in cross-cultural, cross-functional teams and connecting user needs with commercial strategy.
