Associate Product Manager - Onboarding (Payments)

Location: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia

Salary: AUD 130,000–150,000 per year plus superannuation

What you will do

• Support product roadmaps and transformation initiatives for onboarding products across Oceania.
• Research customer, market, and competitor trends to identify product opportunities.
• Define, prioritise, and manage product backlogs aligned with customer and business needs.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Map processes, identify pain points, and facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Support design, testing, implementation, release, adoption, and continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Delivery, or a related role.
• Experience across the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery through launch.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing product backlogs.
• Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Knowledge of Salesforce products and their use in business or customer-facing processes.
