What you will do

• Lead the strategic overhaul of the in-life credit cards engagement strategy.
• Redesign and optimize eMOB and lifecycle engagement programs to increase activation, usage, retention, and customer value.
• Develop proposition enhancements in response to interchange reform and changhirify.global customer expectations.
• Partner with Product, Markethirify.global, Data, Digital, and Operations teams to deliver customer-centric growth initiatives.
• Use customer insights, market trends, and commercial analysis to shape portfolio strategy and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in credit cards, payments, loyalty, customer engagement, portfolio management, or proposition development.
• Strong experience buildhirify.global and executhirify.global in-life customer strategies that drive growth and engagement.
• Ability to translate complex challenges into clear, actionable plans.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to use data and insights to influence decisions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive outcomes across a complex organization.
