Senior Product Manager (Bridging)

hirify.global is a non-bank fintech lender providing digital property-equity and bridging finance solutions for Australian homeowners and brokers.

What you will do

• Own the bridging finance product strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and commercial performance.
• Research broker and customer needs and use data, feedback, and competitor insight to identify product opportunities.
• Partner with Credit to improve product policy, approval speed, serviceability, valuations, and customer outcomes.
• Design process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user stories for developer-ready features.
• Work with Engineering, Design, Platform, Operations, Credit, Distribution, and Compliance to deliver and roll out improvements.
• Lead testing, measure post-launch results, and build business cases for major initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product or major product area.
• Experience in lending, ideally residential mortgages or bridging finance.
• Working knowledge of credit policy and the broker distribution model.
• Experience using customer insight and data to make product decisions and measure outcomes.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to work closely with engineering teams on technical details.
• Clear communication skills, a proactive approach, and comfort with ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with bridging, equity release, or specialist lending products.
• Experience with Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar tools.
• Startup or scaleup experience.
