What you will do

• Research and identify creators that align with client objectives and brand values.
• Coordinate creator outreach via email and social platforms to manage gifting and participation.
• Manage product shipments and resolve delivery issues with internal teams and partners.
• Support Campaign Managers with day-to-day execution and timeline monitoring.
• Track creator deliverables and compile performance reports using engagement data.
• Maintain accurate campaign trackers, budgets, and status documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, or the UK.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Approximately 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or digital marketing.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Professional proficiency in Spanish or German.
