Location: Hybrid (London), requires working onsite 50% of the time

What you will do

• Lead smaller event campaigns and support project management for larger flagship events through timeline and asset coordination.
• Coordinate marketing activity across sales, production, operations, customer services, and design teams.
• Execute integrated campaigns across email, social media, paid/organic digital channels, and partnerships.
• Maintain and optimise event websites for improved SEO, user experience, and conversion.
• Conduct campaign reporting and performance analysis to drive optimization decisions.
• Provide on-site marketing support, including branding coordination and delegate communications.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, events, or digital campaign coordination, ideally within B2B, media, or events.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing channels including email, social media, and web.
• Familiarity with CMS, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Canva.
• Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work in London (Hybrid 50% onsite)
