What you will do

• Support end-to-end delivery of global boxing marketing campaigns across PPV and subscription events.
• Take ownership of selected campaign workstreams, coordinating activity from briefing through to execution.
• Collaborate with Creative, Social, CRM, Paid Media, and Partnerships teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Brief creative assets and manage delivery across multiple workstreams and external agencies.
• Perform quality assurance checks on customer journeys and merchandising across the app and website.
• Track campaign performance and produce post-campaign reports and recommendations.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of marketing experience, ideally within sport, entertainment, or media.
• Must be based in London, UK for hybrid work.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple deadlines.
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals across social, digital, and owned channels.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in audience insights and performance tracking.
• Genuine passion for boxing and the sporting industry.
