Influencer Executive (Marketing): Supporting the delivery of creator and influencer campaigns for client accounts with an accent on influencer discovery, relationship building, and performance reporting. Focus on coordinating deliverables, negotiating with creators, and utilizing AI-driven influencer tools to ensure brand safety.

Location: Must be based in Beirut, Lebanon (Hybrid: in-office approximately four days a week)

What you will do

• Identify and shortlist relevant nano, micro, and niche creators based on audience fit, engagement, and brand safety.
• Lead initial outreach and support negotiations with creators and agents regarding rates and deliverables.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, content requirements, and disclosure guidelines.
• Track campaign deliverables and monitor live posts to ensure alignment with briefs and platform best practices.
• Compile comprehensive campaign reports and performance snapshots using platform data and internal trackers.
• Maintain long-term relationships with creators to build responsiveness and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and current influencer culture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and influencer tools such as CreatorIQ, HypeAuditor, Tagger, or Traackr.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail for managing multiple trackers and conversations simultaneously.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills for negotiating with external talent and agents.
• Location: Must be based in Beirut, Lebanon
