TL;DR

Head of Demand Generation (LegalTech): Building and scaling the US B2B deal origination engine for law firm acquisitions with an accent on quantitative market segmentation and multi-channel demand generation. Focus on designing account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, optimizing the lead funnel for M&A, and positioning hirify.global as a leader in AI-native legal services.

Location: On-site in New York City (5 days per week)

Salary: $180,000 – $250,000 + Bonus + Equity

What you will do

  • Build a quantitative model of the US law firm market, segmenting by practice area, size, and revenue.
  • Own the end-to-end B2B demand generation strategy to drive qualified deal flow for the M&A team.
  • Design and execute multi-channel account-based campaigns across paid, outbound, email, and social.
  • Develop a content strategy focusing on succession planning and the impact of AI on legal practice.
  • Establish reporting infrastructure for pipeline attribution and cost per qualified opportunity.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and M&A teams to build outbound assets and lead handoff processes.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth, or deal origination.
  • Experience building scalable programs that generate measurable qualified pipeline.
  • Highly quantitative approach to market scoring and data-driven decision making.
  • Deep expertise in ABM, outbound, paid channels, and CRM systems.
  • Experience marketing to business owners or high-consideration B2B audiences.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with M&A deal flow, roll-ups, or partner recruitment.
  • Background in legal, professional services, or marketplace businesses.
  • Experience working at an AI-first startup.
  • Familiarity with the US legal market.
