Growth Marketing Manager: Build and optimize scalable, predictable enterprise growth programs that drive inbound opportunities with an accent on multi-channel campaign performance, ABX/ABM execution, and measurable revenue funnel improvements. Focus on aligning marketing and sales handoffs, running growth experiments with clear hypotheses, and using GTM platforms and analytics to continuously increase demo request and pipeline conversion.

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 USD (base salary based on level of experience)

What you will do

  • Execute and optimize integrated GTM strategy for the Enterprise segment using paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Build high-performance multi-channel campaigns optimized for demo requests and quality conversions, tailoring messaging for multiple personas.
  • Develop and run ABX campaigns for high-value enterprise prospects.
  • Partner with Sales and Partnerships on outbound plays and co-marketing activations for leaders and decision makers.
  • Improve lead routing, conversion at handoffs, and tracking quality with Marketing and Revenue Operations.
  • Define success metrics, analyze funnel/campaign performance, and launch measurable growth experiments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing for new business acquisition.
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue growth in technical and complex sales cycles.
  • Track record of aligning marketing and sales to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Fluency with GTM platforms such as SFDC, HubSpot, and 6sense, plus experience with AI-driven approaches.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring, reporting, and optimizing using revenue metrics.
  • Visa: cannot sponsor or support visa transfers.
