TL;DR

Growth Marketing Lead (Fintech): Owning and executing the full-funnel marketing strategy for a B2B SaaS accounting platform with an accent on lead generation, sales enablement, and conversion optimization. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Fort Lauderdale, FL (Onsite, Mon-Fri)

Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 annually

What you will do

  • Develop and own the end-to-end B2B marketing strategy from awareness to conversion.
  • Build and optimize lead generation programs to deliver a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Manage and optimize the HubSpot instance, including workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.
  • Own the WordPress website, focusing on landing page creation and conversion rate optimization.
  • Create sales enablement materials to empower the sales team and accelerate deal closures.
  • Manage B2B social media channels to build audience and generate inbound interest.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a SaaS environment.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Monday through Friday.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot (workflows, automation, reporting).
  • Deep proficiency in WordPress for web management and conversion optimization.
  • Strong understanding of funnel architecture and lead generation mechanics.
  • Proven ability to build strategy independently and execute with precision.

Nice to have

  • Experience with paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma).
  • Background in FinTech, Accounting, or Finance industries.
