TL;DR
Director, Growth Marketing (SaaS): Owning and optimizing the demand generation engine for a healthcare consumer experience platform with an accent on pipeline generation, integrated campaign execution, and data-driven performance analysis. Focus on building full-stack demand programs, managing the marketing tech stack, and aligning cross-functional strategies with Sales and Product Marketing.
Location: Must be based in Canada. Toronto-area employees (within 65 km of HQ) are expected to work in-office Monday through Thursday.
Compensation: $145,000–$170,000 CAD

What you will do
- Own pipeline generation targets, focusing on demos booked and opportunities created.
- Design and execute integrated demand generation programs across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and events.
- Manage the marketing tech stack including Salesforce, Pardot, and Demandbase to ensure data hygiene and accurate attribution.
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize unit economics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to align on target accounts, messaging, and campaign timing.
- Leverage AI tools for research and content iteration while developing strategies for AI Engine Optimization (AEO).
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience.
- Proven background in Enterprise SaaS marketing to large organizations (1,000+ employees).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot (or comparable MAP), Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate metrics into clear recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to execute full-stack campaigns rather than just managing briefs.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
Nice to have
- Background in healthcare technology or selling to health system buyers.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance considerations like HIPAA.
- Experience with ABM platforms such as Demandbase or 6sense.
- Early experience with AEO and influencing LLM citations.
