What you will do

• Build and grow organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Create playbooks for community interaction, defining when to engage and when to remain silent.
• Scale hirify.global's subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Develop a content and engagement strategy leveraging AI for scalability.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to maintain channel consistency.
• Track key metrics including sentiment, share of voice, and LLM citations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social.
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or regulated consumer-facing categories.
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Ability to write in an authentic, non-corporate tone.
• Eligibility to work in the US or Canada (based on 401k/RRSP benefit offerings).
