Salary: $120,000–$170,000+ base, plus $10,000–$40,000 bonus.

What you will do
- Collaborate with capital solutions teams to guide content strategy for financial institutions and tax advisors.
- Create diverse content formats including whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, and sales collateral.
- Execute strategies to boost SEO and AEO performance while driving pipeline growth.
- Develop sales enablement materials to help commercial teams convert sophisticated finance audiences.
- Experiment with AI tools to improve content workflows and contribute to team learning.
- Manage a long-term content calendar while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in content, communications, or marketing within corporate finance, fintech, or clean energy.
- Fluency in institutional finance terminology including tax credits, tax equity, and structured debt.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to make complex financial topics accessible.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and a track record of using tools to improve output.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities autonomously.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams.
