TL;DR
Financial OpEx Manager (FP&A): Managing budgeting, forecasting, financial performance reviews, and investment models for corporate business groups with an accent on spend control, accrual compliance, and financial data accuracy. What you will do
- Partner with department heads to establish financial guardrails, challenge spending assumptions, and identify savings opportunities.
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for designated business departments.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reviews with variance commentary focused on business drivers and next steps.
- Build financial models for investments and initiatives, including ROI, CapEx, and expansion plans.
- Oversee purchase order receiving, accrual management, budget trackers, fluctuation analysis, and MRC review reporting.
- Support finance transformation projects using AI and BI solutions while educating stakeholders on financial policies and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or senior financial accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, with strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Docs.
- Experience managing large volumes of financial data accurately and working independently in an evolving environment.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Experience with OneStream and Oracle; knowledge of Tableau, BI systems, and database relationships is recommended.
Nice to have
- Business Finance Partner experience, especially in Marketing or Engineering Finance.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in the EMEA region or globally.
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or CIMA qualification.
