Logistics Program Manager

Location: Hybrid, 2–3 days per week, at 200 Twin Oaks Road in Kohler, Wisconsin, or 5757 N Green Bay Avenue in Glendale, Wisconsin. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring new or transferred visa sponsorship now or in the future. Travel: 10%

Salary: $79,500–$100,450 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary interface for FAA logistics support requirements.
• Plan and execute logistics support activities across the program lifecycle.
• Oversee inventory control, warehouse operations, equipment shipments, and deployments.
• Manage government property accountability, reconciliations, audits, inventories, and dispositions.
• Track task and delivery order funding, invoicing, and de-obligation activities.
• Coordinate CDLS operations, aftermarket parts support, obsolescence activities, and stakeholder briefings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field, or 4 years of logistics or warehouse experience.
• 4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, program management, or government property management.
• Experience with inventory control, warehousing, asset accountability, and contract funding management.
• Strong understanding of government property management and compliance requirements, including FAA regulations, FAR requirements, and contract terms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSCP, CPL, or NPMA certification.
• 5+ years supporting U.S. Government or FAA contracts or federal agency programs.
• Experience conducting Property Management System Audits.
• Knowledge of Government Furnished Property, Contractor Acquired Property, and FAR Part 45.
