What you will do

• Analyze government solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, ITBs) to identify viable opportunities.
• Prepare, review, and submit competitive bids ensuring full compliance with FAR and procurement requirements.
• Conduct cost estimation, pricing analysis, and risk assessment for bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with internal operations, finance, and legal teams to create compelling proposals.
• Liaise with government agencies and contracting officers to clarify requirements and build relationships.
• Track bid status and conduct post-bid evaluations to refine future outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Proven experience in bidding for U.S. government contracts, specifically in service apartment rentals or pest control.
• Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government procurement processes.
• Expertise in preparing compliant bids, including pricing models and cost estimation.
• Proficiency in bid management software and MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Prior experience with SAM.gov and federal agencies.
