What you will do

• Analyze Federal and Provincial Government RFPs to identify mandatory and rated requirements.
• Translate technical and commercial solution inputs into compliant, customer-focused proposal content.
• Partner with GTM and delivery teams to extract project-specific evidence for proposal submissions.
• Validate that proposed solutions satisfy certification, security clearance, and data residency requirements.
• Assemble complex resource and experience grids to demonstrate project scope and expertise.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Canadian Public Sector procurement frameworks and evaluation methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting Canadian Public Sector bids and proposals.
• Strong understanding of Canadian Public Sector procurement frameworks (TBIPS, SBIPS, CSPV, VoR).
• Demonstrated experience interpreting and responding to Government RFPs.
• Exceptional written communication and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
