What you will do

• Manage full lifecycle capture activities for assigned federal opportunities.
• Execute capture plans ensuring alignment with win strategy and customer priorities.
• Conduct customer research, opportunity analysis, and competitor assessments.
• Coordinate internal gate reviews and ensure capture artifacts are complete.
• Collaborate with solution, pricing, and proposal teams to shape compliant responses.
• Support teaming strategy, partner coordination, and subcontractor engagement.

Requirements

• Must reside within the continental US
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 2-4 years of direct, hands-on capture management or federal capture support experience.
• Experience supporting full lifecycle capture for federal opportunities within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
• Working knowledge of federal acquisition lifecycle, IDIQs, GWACs, and task order competitions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, GovWin, SAM.gov, and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Shipley or APMP certification.
• Ability to obtain a government clearance.
