What you will do

• Design and maintain the procurement control framework to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Develop and update procurement policies, standards, and procedures to align with business processes.
• Create and implement tools and frameworks that simplify and standardize procurement workflows.
• Partner with CFPMO, Innovation & Data, and P2P teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and track key performance metrics for sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Boston, MA or Springfield, MA.
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Continuous Improvement, Vendor Management, or Risk Management.
• Experience with procurement technologies such as Ariba or Levelpath.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience working in a procurement center of excellence, shared services, or matrixed environment.
• Background partnering with Audit, Compliance, or Risk teams in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of third-party risk and supplier performance management.
