What you will do

• Lead recurring client strategy sessions focused on technology roadmaps, budgeting, and long-term IT planning.
• Develop and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs) for standard technology projects and strategic initiatives.
• Provide consultative guidance on infrastructure, cloud, licensing, and technology modernization.
• Perform infrastructure assessments and licensing reviews to identify optimization and efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Project teams to support technical discovery and project handoffs.
• Present technical recommendations to executive stakeholders, translating complexity into clear business value.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in IT consulting, technical account management, or vCIO roles within an MSP environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps, budget plans, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Must be based in the United States.
