What you will do

• Develop and execute detailed negotiation strategies for IT professional services, SaaS, and hardware.
• Advise internal IT stakeholders on market intelligence, deal variables, and counteroffer strategies.
• Lead direct negotiations with technology suppliers to resolve disputes and secure favorable commercial terms.
• Partner with finance and procurement teams to analyze deal financials and align with annual budget processes.
• Conduct regular supplier spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and demand trends.
• Present negotiation outcomes and contract status updates to IT service owners and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience in IT sourcing or commercial contracting.
• Extensive experience with IT sourcing and complex contract negotiations.
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week in East Peoria, IL or Irving, TX.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Ability to interpret complex contract language and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
