Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (Must be located in Austin, TX, onsite 3x a week)
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 base annually + commission potential

What you will do
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Execute high-volume outreach, including cold calls and strategic follow-ups, to engage potential clients.
- Craft and deliver compelling product narratives to stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to C-level executives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to accurately forecast and manage the Salesforce pipeline.
- Provide actionable feedback to marketing and product teams to enhance offerings and messaging.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within martech or adtech sectors.
- Proven success selling to B2C companies with expertise in prospecting and cold-calling.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Ability to work onsite 3x a week in Austin, TX.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a metrics-oriented environment.
