What you will do

  • Develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, LSA, OTT, and Yelp.
  • Manage budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend and KPI achievement.
  • Analyze performance data to provide strategic recommendations to C-suite and private equity stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members through training and coaching.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding and operational scalability.
  • Travel quarterly for on-site client business reviews and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of paid media experience within a marketing agency environment.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LSA.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven experience presenting insights to senior leadership and C-suite executives.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven search, LLMs, and automation in digital marketing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical reporting tools.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience in home services marketing and lead generation.
  • Prior experience designing onboarding or training programs.
