What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of global asset value strategies and value communication.
- Design and execute engagement strategies for EU-level stakeholders, government bodies, and NGOs.
- Develop core payer tools such as global value dossiers, health economic models, and budget impact models.
- Partner with Medical and R&D teams to identify data gaps and shape evidence generation plans.
- Collaborate with the Pricing & Tender Centre of Excellence to inform global pricing frameworks.
- Monitor policy, regulatory, and competitive landscapes to anticipate impacts on healthcare systems.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, or Switzerland.
- Degree in Life Sciences or Health Economics (BSc, MSc, or PhD preferred).
- Proven global Market Access experience in the pharmaceutical industry or consulting.
- Strong experience in Government Affairs and Policy.
- In-depth understanding of global HTA systems, cost-utility analysis, and outcomes research.
- Exceptional cross-functional influencing and communication skills.

- Experience in the opioid addiction treatment therapeutic area.
