What you will do
- Coordinate and deliver consulting and research projects related to pricing, reimbursement, and market access.
- Conduct quantitative analyses using formulary coverage, prescription volume, and sales data.
- Perform secondary desk research and conduct primary research including in-depth interviews and advisory boards.
- Synthesize complex findings into structured, client-ready reports and presentations.
- Support senior team members in client meetings, proposal development, and pitch materials.
- Manage assigned workstreams within larger projects to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of pharma-bio pricing, reimbursement, and market access experience OR MS/MBA with 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of the bio-pharma market access landscape and commercialization process.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience working with both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop clear story flows.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with basic AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Experience in therapeutic area market access dynamics.
