What you will do

• Coordinate and deliver consulting and research projects related to pricing, reimbursement, and market access.
• Conduct quantitative analyses using formulary coverage, prescription volume, and sales data.
• Perform secondary desk research and conduct primary research including in-depth interviews and advisory boards.
• Synthesize complex findings into structured, client-ready reports and presentations.
• Support senior team members in client meetings, proposal development, and pitch materials.
• Manage assigned workstreams within larger projects to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of pharma-bio pricing, reimbursement, and market access experience OR MS/MBA with 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of the bio-pharma market access landscape and commercialization process.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience working with both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop clear story flows.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with basic AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Experience in therapeutic area market access dynamics.
