Principal, Evidence & Strategy (HEOR/RWE): Leading business development and conducting HEOR and RWE studies for life sciences clients with an accent on value demonstration and evidence generation. Focus on designing quantitative and mixed-methods studies and translating complex research into actionable insights for executive stakeholders.

What you will do

• Lead and deepen client relationships, anticipating needs and healthcare landscape changes.
• Drive business development by generating new clients and growing existing accounts.
• Execute quantitative and mixed-methods RWE and HEOR studies, creating protocols and statistical analysis plans.
• Present research results to diverse stakeholders through manuscripts, posters, and presentations.
• Manage project leadership, including budget development, timelines, and RFP responses.
• Build integrated RWE generation and communication plans across the organization.

Requirements

• Graduate level degree in public health, epidemiology, health economics, or similar quantitative health field.
• Experience generating real-world evidence to support value demonstration and clinical guidelines.
• Ability to translate complex research into actionable insights.
• Proven situational leadership and motivation skills.
• Strong communication skills for executive-level interactions.
• Experience in formative research or implementation science.
