What you will do

• Oversee design and execution of research studies using secondary data sources.
• Lead teams to conduct high-quality analyses and meet project objectives.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and make final decisions on outcomes.
• Strategize research dissemination via manuscripts, conferences, and presentations.
• Manage client expectations, resolve issues, and identify new business opportunities.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including onboarding and career planning.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in health-services research (e.g., health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics).
• 10+ years relevant research experience, including 4-5 years in consulting.
• Strong knowledge of epidemiological, statistical methods, HEOR, health policy, HTA in Europe/global.
• Expertise in client management, project timelines, financial performance, and proposals.
• Track record of published research and managing cross-functional teams.
• May require travel domestically/internationally.

Nice to have

• PhD, DrPH, or MD.
