What you will do

  • Develop and execute end-to-end strategic marketing plans for the Americas region to achieve business goals.
  • Generate full-funnel demand across multiple channels to drive pipeline and revenue for new logos and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Center of Excellence, Sales, Business Operations, and Customer Success teams.
  • Forecast demand funnel KPIs, volume, and conversion rates to predict marketing's contribution to outcomes.
  • Manage allocated budgets and analyze ROI for continuous campaign improvement.
  • Present strategic plans and performance results to key organizational stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Broad knowledge of modern B2B multi-channel marketing methodologies.
  • Proven track record of developing high-performing marketing plans and maintaining tight alignment with sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen and professional budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.
