What you will do

• Manage debt collection, negotiate payments, and monitor debtor account balances.
• Perform bank and internal/external system reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Apply customer payments according to remittances and solve cash application problems.
• Analyze financial withdrawal statistics and compile reports to identify discrepancies for management.
• Identify and propose solutions to process gaps within the finance workflow.
• Lead internal and external meetings, including Kick-off and CFTS sessions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Rio de Janeiro, RJ for a hybrid work schedule.
• Advanced English skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum of one year of experience in collections or reconciliation roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
