What you will do

• Manage direct communication with Dutch and Belgian clients via email and phone to reduce overdue receivables.
• Collaborate with local sales and finance teams to assess risks and verify credit limits and insurance.
• Process bank statements, allocate incoming payments, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Execute the factoring process and handle various billing activities.
• Prepare receivables aging reports and participate in AR month-end closing activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is essential
• Proficiency in Dutch
• Very good Excel skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
