What you will do

• Import and process customer payments across all business units accurately and timely.
• Manage the deduction process by analyzing customer accounts with short payments.
• Maintain concise records of all received payments and manage unapplied payments.
• Collaborate with Account Support and other functions on payment reapplication requests.
• Assist Accounts Payable and Finance departments with audit documentation requests.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Monterrey or Queretaro, Mexico
• Languages: Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with large data sets.
• Minimum 1 year of proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Filters, Formulas, VLookups, and Pivots).
• Experience in AR or Cash Application roles (preferred).
• Familiarity with NetSuite (preferred).
